Most stores have their cloths ordering down to a science so that there are little to no "out of season" cloths left when the season fades away. some stores have outlets they can pawn them off to while other stores just clearance until its all gone. There are other ditributors that buy stuff like that up and resale it to small chains or people that sell on ebay things like that. For the most part they don't GO anywhere but to thrifty shoppers that buy at the end of the season when its all on sale and barely anything left. My house I have an exclusive.
